Experience its Argentine and Art Deco heritage through Los Fuegos By Francis Mallmann’s famous cuisine and Faena Theater, respectively. Tierra Santa Healing House spa is equally dramatic.

New to South Beach’s Collins Avenue following a $100-million makeover, the Shelborne by Proper bridges its Art Deco past—including a landmarked diving board—and reimagined décor’s calming California aesthetic. Accommodations offer rooms, suites and villas, while dining options include Pauline’s coastal cuisine from a Michelin-starred, Florida Keys native and glam cocktail bar Little Torch.
